The Anthony Mainguené–CIECST Dissertation Award aims to recognize early-career researchers whose doctoral work addresses issues related to ethics in occupational health and occupational health policies, in line with CIECST’s mission.
Pauline Leveneur’s dissertation, entitled “Essays in Health and Labor Economics”, is structured in two parts. The first examines the impact of certain professional events—particularly job loss and workplace automation—on workers’ physical and mental health. The second focuses on the optimal design of nutritional taxes on sugar.
The award ceremony took place on September 19 in Bordeaux, during the 2025 COMPAST–CIECST International Conference.
