2 November 2026CEE-M is pleased to host the next edition of the LORDE workshop (LOng Run Dynamics Economics) in Montpellier from 22 to 24 March 2027. Launched in 2022, the LORDE workshops carry on the tradition of the OLG Days established by Philippe Michel.
The workshop brings together junior and senior researchers working on macroeconomic dynamics and quantitative theory. Contributions may cover, among other topics:
- sustainable growth and economic development,
- energy transition and environmental policies,
- population economics,
- education, human capital and labor market,
- fiscal policies and debt sustainability,
- economic history.
Designed as a space for direct exchange on ongoing research, the workshop welcomes work that is not yet finalized, provided that the submission clearly presents the research question, its contribution to the literature and the methodology. The organizers will cover food and accommodation for two nights, and PhD students may apply for financial support towards travel costs.
