EVAL-LAB, a bridge between academia and the field. Case study of the evaluation of the digital learning hubs in Sénégal.
Résumé
EVAL-LAB is a company specialized in impact evaluation. We run impact evaluation of programs in France and across the world, trying to bring academic rigor to help NGOs evaluate and maximize their impact. In many projects, we build teams of researchers to work together in the design and the conduction of rigorous impact evaluations. I will present the case of an impact evaluation in rural Senegal, evaluating the impact of integrating digital technologies in schools.
